Colorado Springs' live music scene has been growing fast. From the established venues downtown to the bars scattered along Tejon Street, there's a solid mix of local acts and touring bands playing the Springs every week.
The downtown core is where you'll find the densest concentration of live music. Bars and venues along Tejon Street and the surrounding blocks book acts most nights of the week.
The artsy west side neighborhood has a handful of venues and bars that host more eclectic and indie-leaning shows. Worth the drive from downtown for the right act.
Colorado Springs skews a bit more rock and country than Denver, with a strong military community that supports live music. Cover charges are generally low, and the scene has a tight-knit, supportive feel. Weekends are busiest, but you can find shows on weeknights too.
